1. Orders & Pricing

All prices are subject to formal quotation and validity periods. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply as specified per product line.

2. Quality Standards

All products are manufactured to meet specified FDA, CE, or ISO standards. Inspection reports are provided upon request prior to shipment.

3. Delivery & Liability

Shipping terms are typically EXW or FOB unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
